Managing the common areas of the newest section of the neighborhood.
The River Falls Homeowners Association (RFHOA) represents the owners of 99 homes in the newest section of River Falls. Homes within the RFHOA are located on Gate Post Court, Gate Post Way, Hidden Meadow Terrace, Hidden Trail Court, Stable Lane (10700-10710) and Stable Way. Owners of these homes are automatically members of the RFHOA.
Principal among the RFHOA’s responsibilities is the maintenance of common areas deeded by the developer. These include the woodlands at MacArthur Boulevard and Stable Lane, hillsides along Stable Lane and other fields and lawn areas throughout the community. A landscape committee works with professional designers to maintain and enhance the aesthetics of River Falls. The RFHOA also maintains the private roads serving the town homes and provides trash removal service to the single family and town homes.
Another function of the RFHOA is the enforcement of the covenants established by the developer and recorded with the county. An architectural control committee reviews all proposed modifications to the exterior of any unit and works with the homeowners to ensure the architectural integrity of the community is maintained.
For the past several years the RFHOA has sponsored block parties, giving neighbors the opportunity to meet and socialize with each other. This is in keeping with the RFHOA’s mission to make River Falls a great place to live!
