• Reservations will generally be available in 2-hour increments (except for the last session Monday – Saturday, which is 1 hour in length).   Members must use their MemberSplash login to reserve time slot and complete an electronic waiver.  To complete the waiver, log in to your RFCCA account (https://riverfalls.org/membership/manage-account), then navigate to Membership –> Manage Account and select “waiver” under your member name.  Each adult per household must complete a waiver.
  • Members are currently limited to one time slot reservation per day.  We understand that families have different schedules and children may wish to use the pool at a different time than their parents.  Members of a family do not all have to come at the same time to use the pool — children are permitted to come at a separate time from their parents.  However, the policy remains the same: one reservation per member (whether adult or child) per day.  If members have a reservation for early bird lap swimming in the morning, they can come back with their family for a pool reservation later that day, space permitting.
  • Members will enter the pool using the main entrance.  At the check-in desk, all members will be required to read a list of medical symptoms and acknowledge they have NOT experienced symptoms in the previous 2 days (e.g., fever, cough, loss of smell/taste, etc.).
  • If you do not have a reservation and have not completed your waiver, you will NOT be permitted to enter the pool.
  • EVERYONE, including children, must wear a mask or face covering when entering and exiting the facilities and any time you are using the restrooms or on the pool deck in proximity to other members.
  • Members must also maintain social distancing with other members outside of their immediate household.
  • In between time slots, the pool will close for 30 minutes to allow staff time to clear the deck and clean highly touched surfaces before the next group enters.
  • Adult swim will be eliminated to maximize time in the pool during each reservation slot.
  • Please respect the lifeguards’ responsibility and authority in operating the pool facilities.  They are in charge of pool operations and maintaining compliance and when they enforce the rules on membership, we ask all members to comply.   As a reminder, most of our lifeguards are also members of our community and neighbors and should be treated with respect at all times.
  • The RFCCA Board is responsible for maintaining safe operations of our facilities for our members and supports our pool management company in ensuring we maintain compliance with all guidance and regulations.  Per the bylaws of RFCCA, the Board has the right to “suspend in whole or part membership privileges for violations of “rules adopted by the Board” or “acts endangering the safety, health, well-being of members or other families using the pool.”  Failure to comply with stated guidance on wearing masks, social distancing, and abiding by pool rules may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of privileges.
